MATCHA TRADITIONAL Moya Matcha Traditional is a premium quality green tea from Japan. It is obtained in the 1st and 2nd harvest from tea plants that are specially shaded with bamboo tarps from direct sunlight. This results in higher chlorophyll and L-theanine contents and a richer, greener color. The fresh leaves are then collected, dried and ground to powder. Moya Matcha Traditional has rich bitter-sweet taste, creamy texture and malachite green color. Its full-bodied flavor makes its ideal to drink on its own,in lattes, smoothies & lemonade. Moya Matcha comes from the Uji region in Kyoto Prefecture the eldest matcha cultivating area in Japan ,well-known for the highest quality tea. Moya Matcha is an abundant source of most powerful antioxidants called catechins. It enhances focus, boosts your energy & metabolism. Preparation : Put half a teaspoon of tea in a cup and add 150 ml of hot water (80 °C) and mix well with a bamboo whisk or a 1/2 whisk until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.
